The pupil council is responsible for planning and organising events that matter to pupils. They plan, fundraise and represent all the pupils in the school from Nursery to Primary 7. The Pupil council are there to ensure that all the children in the school have a voice and their views and opinions are listened to. The pupil council meet regularly to discuss how they think they could make school even better. The pupil council is made up of:Nursery - P7 children.
Our school Eco Committee meets regularly with Miss Blair. Our Eco Committee is responsible for environmental and health initiatives throughout the school including: Litter, school grounds, transport, energy, bio diversity, health, water, fair trade and recycling. We have Eco representatives from Primary 4 to Primary 7 - elected by their peers to be involved in the decision making process on all of the above issues and more.
Our JRSO's are responsible for educating staff and pupils at Spittal Primary on how to keep safe when crossing the road. JRSOs also promote active, safe travel to school and this session they will be producing a School Travel Plan.
